The Autonomy Prime IDIQ

The AFWERX Software Delivery Organization (SDO) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) supports a refinery model that ensures warfighters’ needs are at the center of software delivery. To meet the objectives of the AFWERX Autonomy Prime mission this contract is organized into two pillars and a supporting foundation:

  • Pillar 1: Align + Allocate. The first pillar provides leadership enablement and co-implementation to equip senior leaders with the tools and processes necessary to drive alignment and make data-informed resource allocation decisions.
  • Pillar 2: Build + Deploy + Operate. The second pillar brings together software engineering, UX  design, and product management to support the continuous delivery of valuable software with high quality and reduced risk that is deployed and operated to achieve measurable mission outcomes. There is also an option to pair the Contractor (Rise8) with Government capability providers to provide enablement so that progress doesn’t end when your engagement does.
  • Supporting Foundation: Path-to-Production. The foundation for software delivery is a high-performing path-to-production. In cases where the Government does not have an existing or adequate path to production, Rise8 shall provide path-to-prod assessment and implementation, to include infrastructure, platform, networking, toolchain, cybersecurity, and compliance.

There are three Lines of Effort under this IDIQ:

LOE 1: Software development support for Autonomy

LOE 2: Software development support for transition programs

LOE 3: Software development support for Government-led development
